Do not expect a miracle method or a crash diet. Everyone is special in their own way. One person might want to run a marathon while another simply wants to lose 5 kilos. Being in shape means something different to everyone.

What we do is offer custom training & nutrition plans. Based on an intake interview and an assessment, we will work together to draw up a plan. We take care of everything, so all you have to worry about is your actual workout.

We always work on a one-on-one basis, never in a group. We will draw up nutrition plans, examine your sleep pattern and try to take into account your social life.

At 3SIXTY5, we combine effectiveness with feasibility, which means anyone can achieve long-term results.
